Here is an example we will use:
Title “Lean in : women, work, and the will to lead” by author Sheryl Sandberg, MMSID 99146811300121 (system control number (OCoLC)813526963).
This record has the following 100 field

Configure the Alma Refine to check the 100 field:
First click the three dots and the configure icon
Then choose Wikidata
Then add field 100 subfield a (the 100 field with subfield a exists by default), and define for the URI to be added to subfield 1

Now lets search for sample title “Lean in : women, work, and the will to lead” by author Sheryl Sandberg, MMSID 99146811300121 (system control number (OCoLC)813526963).
From the results list we will select refine service “Wikidata” and click “Begin Refining”

Let’s expand the app so we can read the information more clearly

In the “select refinement” field select a value and click “save”.
Below we have chosen a value for the heading of the 100 field, and then we click save.
Here we select the desired heading
Here we click “Save”

Get confirmation

See that the record has been updated. Subfield 1 with link to Wikidata http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q234653 for the heading has been added
