Forum - 500 server error for fees

    I’m getting a 500 server error when using the fees API, but only for certain users.

    ExLibris Support suggested I try posting here (case 00121469)

    However, requesting that same user by their primary id (as opposed to the barcode) works properly.

    Any thoughts on what is causing the 500 error?

    Hi,
    This error was already reported, and fixed (will be available with the January release).
    Currently (Dec release) the new RESTful Fees APIs work only with primary identifiers.
