    Hello,
    we are in the process of developing a system security plan(SSP) for our Library in Alma-Primo. I am requesting the following information!

    Software Name | Software Version | Hosting Environment
    Alma x.xx? xxxxx Data Center?
    Primo x.xx? xxxxx Data Center?

    Ports/protocols/services
    Service Name | Port | Protocol | Host
    Alma.exe 443? HTTPS? xxxx Data Center?
    Primo.exe 443? HTTPS? xxxx Data Center?

    Please let me know if there is any information/documentation you can provide!

    The above information might be too specific to share, but we would like to know where Alma-Primo is hosted, what versions we are currently on, and what software is being used.

    Hi Matthew,
    True – this info is too specific for this forum. It would be better if you contact Alma (or Primo) support.
