    Hi,

I shall create a list of our RS partners. Because I could’t find anything in ALMA’s documentation:

Please, can someone give me a hint how to get a list of RS partners from ALMA or Analytics?

    Thanks in advance.

    With best regards,

    Thank you, Tamar,

your hint has been very helpful. However, I’d need RS partner contact information, too.
Is there another way to get a RS partner list having columns like …

code | name | profile type | address type | address | email address
    … record #1 …
    … record # 2 …

    Best regards,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

I have a Python 3.7 script that will extract all your Partner records (using the API) and output it in an XML format if you’re interested.
You will need to have Python (the computer language, see http://www.python.org) installed. You need to know the URL and the API key for your Alma instance. I suggest that you also test it first on your sandbox.
The link below is to a folder that has GetAlmaRecords.zip file. Download the file and extract it. It has 3 files in it; the python code, a config file (for your to change) and some documentation. It uses the API GET, and so doesn’t change or write to Alma. The documentation describes how it program works, and how you need to update the config file. The program is provided as is.
