General

There are 3 main issues that might occur when using the LTI link:

1. User – User not found, or user is an internal user
2. Course – Course not found or list is not displayed
3. Failed OAuth check error – see here for more info

LTI parameters

LTI is a simple link that points to Leganto.

When the link is clicked many parameters are passed to Leganto.

In order to troubleshoot any problem, the first thing that is needed, is to view the LTI parameters passed to Leganto.
